Machine Cast Polyurethane Elastomers
This group of quick, demoldable, machine cast materials exhibits high impact and tough abrasion resistance that prove valuable for fabricating semi-flexible molds and holding fixtures. These materials are also well suited for production or prototype applications such as base pads, bumpers or rollers where fast turnaround and exceptional physical properties are required.

Shore D Rigid Cast Polyurethanes
This unique group of two component, castable polyurethane materials was developed to be run with BJB meter-mix-dispense equipment. These materials are designed for creating short-run production and prototype parts.

Vacuum Cast Rigid Polyurethane
This group of urethane systems was specifically designed for use with vacuum casting equipment.  Other excellent candidates for vacuum casting would include the F-series, WC-series and several unfilled rigid polyurethane products.
