| Looking For a Clear Yet High-Temperature System? Take a Look at the New TC-878! |
08-12-2008 |
| |
|
TC-878, a 78 Shore D urethane, is virtually colorless and has a heat deflection temperature of 190°F with exceptional impact resistance. This material is often used in automotive design and various parts in the amusement park industry; anywhere a clear, easily pigmentable urethane is needed or a precise color match is required. This product exhibits good weatherability and is lower in cost than comparable systems in the industry. If higher durometer/higher heat deflection is required, check out its sister product TC-857, an 84 Shore D system with a 215°F HDT. Contact BJB today to receive your free cured sample.

| Re-Introducing BJB's TC-600 Series Aliphatic Hybrid Urethane Systems |
06-11-2008 |
|
Although BJB’s TC-600 Series urethanes have been available for many years, we are witnessing a resurgence in their popularity due to an increase in demand for urethanes that do well in outdoor conditions but where color stability is not required. If color is required, darker pigments are recommended. |
| New TC-872 With Characteristics Similar to Polypropylene |
11-07-2007 |
| |
| In response to the request for a polypropylene-like material in a polyurethane system, BJB has formulated the TC-872. |
| |
TC-872 A/B is a RoHS compliant, non-mercury based catalyst polyurethane system that produces a tough 70 shore D material. This system has an exceptionally high impact and a high heat deflection temperature which in some cases can be post cured without having to use fixtures. Great for snap fit parts, rotational casting, living hinge prototype parts, and anywhere a tough, yet flexible cast part is needed. |
CENTERPOINTE CPE-625 Rotational Casting Machine Developed by BJB Enterprises, Inc.
Tustin, CA – February 13, 2008 – Due to customer demand, BJB has developed a rotational casting machine that is ideally suited for making roto-cast parts. Using only 28 sq. ft. of floor space, the CPE-625 can be equipped with a time controller for accurate reproduction. Independent axis controls with forward, reverse and precise speed controls are contained on a mounting platform with a steel cage to enhance user safety.

In 1970, Burgis J. Bryan founded BJB Enterprises, Inc. distributing epoxy and polyurethane material systems to a wide variety of industrial users. The manufacturing of epoxy and polyurethane systems began in 1971 driven by customer requests for products that were not otherwise available. The company grew rapidly by providing prompt technical help and extraordinary customer service. Brian Stransky, the current president, purchased BJB Enterprises, Inc. in 1981 and accelerated the program to formulate and manufacture both the BJB line of resins and our Centerpointe Processing Equipment. BJB is a registered ISO-9001/2000 company and has successfully maintained this status since 2001.
