Silicone casting rubbers are used for a variety of molding and tooling applications ranging from the development of prototype parts to production molds. They offer excellent release characteristics. Ideal for casting epoxy, polyester and polyurethane resin systems.

TC-5005 A/B	MSDS A B	10 Shore A hardness. Translucent, tin based system. Provides high tear strength and elongation properties. TC-5005 “C” component is offered to extend elongation and reduce durometer.
TC-5015 A/B	A B	20 Shore A hardness. Translucent, platinum based system.
TC-5024 A/B	A B	25 Shore A hardness. Cures against various clays including "Roma".
TC-5027 A/B	A B	25 Shore A hardness. Tin based brushable grade system primarily intended for making glove molds, Special order.
TC-5030 A/B	A B	A translucent silicone with a 30 Shore A hardness. Platinum based.
TC-5035 A/B	A B	40 Shore A hardness. Fast curing silicone putty. Platinum based. Special order.
TC-5040 A/B	A B	40 Shore A hardness. Translucent, platinum based system.
TC-5045 A/B	A B	45 Shore A hardness. This silicone has proven to be less inhibited in its cure than other standard platinum based silicones.
TC-5050 A/B	A B	50 Shore A hardness. Can operate in temperatures up to 850°F (454°C). Platinum based.
TC-5060 A/B	A B	60 Shore A hardness. Platinum based system with a 6-8 hour demold.

SILITHIX	MSDS A	A thickening agent that can be used with TC-5015 A/B, TC-5030 A/B & TC-5040 A/B.
SC-5002	A	A thinning agent for use with all silicones.
SC-5004	A	A primer that can be applied to various substrates to improve the adhesion of silicone RTV.
